Tips on submitting a support ticket:

Try to be as descriptive as possible of what you are seeing, what browser and version you are using (Internet Explorer 8, Fire Fox 3.1), if you incurred an error message, etc.  The  more information you can give us will ensure the quickest and most thorough response possible.
